Descripción
It is an aluminum coagulant with very low iron content, also used in the paper industry’s sizing process.
Safe handling: Use protective clothing, gloves, and eye and face protection. In case of accidental contact with any part of the body, wash with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and contact a doctor. In case of emergency during transportation, contact SETIQ at phone number 01 (800) 0021 400.
Storage: The storage tanks, pipes, and valves should be made of corrosion-resistant materials, such as fiberglass, PVC, or other suitable plastics. Liquid aluminum sulfate is slightly corrosive, and over time it will attack most metals, such as aluminum, copper, or stainless steel. It can be stored at room temperature.
